1、 前言
电动自行车是指以蓄电池作为辅助能源在普通自行车的基础上，安装了电机、控制器、蓄电池、转把闸把等操纵部件和显示仪表系统的机电一体化的个人交通工具。
电动自行车是一个零排放的环保型交通工具，非常适用于智慧城市。必须是可靠的，可以长期使用。除了高容量的电池和高效的电机外，电子组件必须尽可能高效。
1、 方案概述
Ameya360 电动自行车解决方案提供先进的功率 MOSFET 和逻辑电平 MOSFET，具有一流的功率密度、能效和高性能。驱动器符合 AEC-Q101 要求，具有稳定的输出电流 (范围从 10mA 到 50mA)、1.4V 的低电压开销，不同电源电压都有高电流精度。ESD 保护器件，可提供出色的防静电保护和其他电压引起的瞬态脉冲保护。
